Last updated: October 2026. This policy applies to the Android game "Tidepool Merge" (package nir.com.tidepoolmerge) published by NK MobileApps.
The game is a casual merge puzzle. Your game progress, coins and energy are stored only on your device. We do not run user accounts and we do not receive your progress.
We do not collect your name, email, location or contacts. The game uses Google AdMob to show ads, and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and use device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address and app interaction data to serve and measure ads, to prevent fraud and to improve its services. Where required, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. You can reset or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads). See Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We do not sell personal data. Data processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is handled by Google under its own privacy policy. Local game data is deleted when you clear the app data or uninstall the game.
We may update this policy and will change the date above.
